Masakan Libya minangka salah sawijining jinis olahan kang asale saka tradhisi masakan Mediterania, Afrika Lor, lan Berber . Salah sawijining masakan Libya sing paling populer yaiku Bazin, roti tanpa ragi sing disiapake karo gandum, banyu lan uyah. [1] Bazin disiapake kanthi nggodhok glepung gandum ing banyu lan banjur diantemi kanggo nggawe adonan nggunakake magraf, yaiku tongkat unik sing dirancang kanggo tujuan iki. [2] Konsumsi daging babi dilarang, sesuai karo syariat, ukum agama Islam . [3]
